Please choose one incident or accident that you have observed in a workplace. Observation may be your personal  experience , your friend's or relatives or the one you watch on social media , youtube etc. Cite the occurence i.e date and place of the chosen case  and explain what went wrong in terms of the probable cause for the incident. Suggest a corrective action presuming you are the Supervisor in charge of the affected area .
Deliverables: Presentation on individual basis for 3 minutes with attempts to answer minimum one question from the audience.
Marks will be given based on the content, clarity , diction, vocal , attitude and style.
